When you arrive Orlando:
Driving instructions and check in procedures for the house will be sent by e-mail after booking.
Check in for clubhouse facilities is at Paradise Palms Resort frontdesk. (7am - 10 pm)
Management and employees in Paradise Palms Resort will help you with any information or service you may need during your stay.
Property Protection Fee All reservations are subject to a non-refundable $65.00 Property Protection fee. The Property Protection Fee is a damage waiver that covers up to $400 for accidental or inadvertent damage in a vacation rental home. Intentional damage or gross negligence will result in additional costs. You will be asked to provide a credit card at check in to keep on file and this card will be used against any damages which exceed the $ 400.00 amount.
Check inn/out times Check inn can be done at the earliest 16:00 hr (4 PM)
Check out is at latest 11:00 hr (11 AM)
Extra charges:
You can at any time inform the management if you wish to use the poolheater for the pool in the house. Costs for heating the pool is $ 126.- per week.
The panel for the poolheater is locked to guests for security reasons.
Payment for this service are made directly to management by the guests.
Guests can get a phone opened for the house thru the reseption desk in the clubhouse in Paradise Palms.
The temperature of the air condition can be adjusted within the degrees written on information over the panel. Temperatures under adviced 74 degrees will freeze the system, and guests will be responsible for repairs.
Alarmsystems:
The fire detectors are active 24 hours a day automatically. A sirene will go off in the home if there is smoke or a beginning fire.
The intruder alarm can be set to active when guests are in the home, as long as all the doors and windows are closed and locked. Guests can move freely inside but a sirene will go off if anyone opens windows/doors.
It is advised to activate the alarm whenever guests are not in the house.
There is of course no smoking allowed in the home :-)
Things that are not kept in the house:
Of hygienic reasons will all cleaning brushes, sponges, detergent and soap be removed after each guests departure.
So a good advise is to bring or buy just what you need for your stay, since bottles and containers will be removed by cleaning-personell after you leave.
Payment for renting the town home:
A deposit of 20% of total rent for your visit, has to be paid within 5 days after reservation. (nonrefundable) The rest of the payment is due minimum 60 days before arrival.

Music and Film:
There are music CD's in the livingroom. With various artists, something for everyone.
European DVD films does not work in the US, but they are inexpensive to buy.
